HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA DENGAN KETERCAPAIAN PROGRAM PUSKESMAS CUBADAK KECAMATAN DUA KOTO,KABUPATEN PASAMAN TAHUN 2019

Kemajuan suatu instansi ditentukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang berada dalam perusahaan tersebut. Instansi selalu menginginkan pegawai yang bekerja memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik. Keinginan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan instansi, setiap pegawai harus memiliki motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang tinggi. Dari 8 program yang ada, 2 diantaranya belum mencapai target. Keadaan ini dapat diartikan bahwa program yang ada belum mencapai target, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan disiplinan kerja dengan ketercapaian program pegawai Puskesmas Cubadak Kabupaten Pasaman.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional. penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Cubadak Kabupaten Pasaman , dengan panduan kuesioner. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Maret 2019. Sampel berjumlah 18 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 18 orang. Data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square.

Hasil analisa univariat diketahui 66,7 % pegawai memiliki motivasi tinggi dan 55,6% pegawai memiliki kedisiplinan tinggi dan 61,1% lebih dari sebagian program tercapai. Berdasarkan analisa bivariat diketahui nilai p value hubungan motivasi dan ketercapaian program= 0,013 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi kerja dengan ketercapaian program Puskesmas Cubadak Kabupaten Pasaman. Nilai p value hubungan disiplin dan ketercapaian program= 0,013 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang antara disiplin kerja dan ketercapaian program.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan pimpinan memberikan penilaian motivasi dan kedisiplinan pegawai secara berkala untuk seluruh pegawai dan memberikan pengawasan secara berjenjang untuk mempertahankan ketercapaian program pegawai puskesmas cubadak kabupaten pasaman timur.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Progress is determined by an agency of human resources that are within the company. Agencies always want employees who work have a good level of discipline. The desire to get a human resource that is expected to support the activities of the agency, each employee must have the motivation and discipline of work is high. Of the 8 existing programs, 2 of which have not yet reached the target. This situation can be interpreted that there is a program that has not reached the target, this study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and discipline employees working with the achievement of the health center program Cubadak East Pasaman.

This research is a descriptive correlative cross-sectional design. Research conducted in health centers Cubadak Pasaman East, by way of interviews with questionnaires guide. The experiment was conducted in Marc 2019. Sampling of 18 people. The sampling method is simple total sampling with a sample of 46 people. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate Chi Square test.

Results of univariate analysis 66.7% of employees known to have good motivation to work and 55.6 % have disciplined employees and 61.1 % achieved more than most programs. Based on bivariate analysis p value known relationship between motivation and achievement of program = 0.013 so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation with achievement of the health center program Cubadak Pasaman East. P value of discipline and achievement relations program = 0.013 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the discipline of work and achievement of the program.

Based on these results, is expected to provide leadership and motivation assessment of employee discipline for all employees on a regular basis and provide oversight in stages to maintain employee health centers program achievement Cubadak East Pasaman.
